Greetings fellow watchers and today was another beautiful day for bird watching. On this day while waking up and getting ready for the day when I take my usual look at the feeders. That's when I noticed the appearance of both a starling and cardinal perched in the perfect angles. Due to the current feeder having multiple notches for birds to get to the seed some bird tend to use the one behind the feeder making it difficult to get good photos of them. The species of bird that make roost on the spot has been cardinals lately.
So to see one in such a good angle is a rare opportunity that I took full advantage of. Starlings are usually on that part of the feeder pole so that was an extra to this image. After getting a couple shots on my iPhone and comparing each one to make as the cover image of this post lead to the very one you see here. I truly hit a personal birding jackpot.
